As a passionate educator with a decade of experience, my mission is to empower students and nurture their love for learning. From the classroom to private tutoring, my goal is simple: to help every child feel confident, capable, and excited about their progress. Whether it’s through math, reading, or personalized learning plans, I’m committed to guiding students towards success with encouragement and creativity.
My Story
Teaching has always been a passion of mine, one that has grown through years of experience in the classroom. I earned my EC-6 certification and spent many years as a classroom teacher, where I was honored as Teacher of the Year and District Teacher of the Quarter. My dedication to student success didn’t stop at the classroom—I also contributed to writing curriculum for a school district, helping shape lessons that would engage and support students in meaningful ways.
However, as much as I loved teaching in a traditional setting, I realized that many students needed more personalized, focused attention. That’s when I decided to transition to private tutoring and founded Bloom Tutoring. Through private tutoring, I can work with students individually, tailoring each lesson to meet their specific needs and learning styles. Each student receives the focused, one-on-one support they need to truly thrive. Over the years, I’ve worked with countless students, discovering that every child has the potential to succeed when given the right tools and guidance. My approach is flexible and personalized—not just following a scripted curriculum but meeting each student where they are and adjusting to their unique learning style.
Watching students grow in both skill and confidence is the most rewarding part of what I do, and I’m proud to make a difference in their lives every day.
